Caroline goes far and beyond the call of duty when she is working for you!! Not only is she a hard and very knowledgeable realtor she is also very honest. We interviewed a total of 3 realtors and Caroline was one of them recommended by a family member who had just recently sold their home with her. My husband wanted to hire our old realtor, the one who helped us in buying the house a few years back. But, Caroline came prepared for the interview, she had done her research of the comps, the area (Temescal Valley), walked our home prior to giving us an estimated number of what our home was worth and was very professional. She never talked negatively about any other realtors she simply told us what she could do for us to help us sell our home. Whereas, the other realtors, without even knowing her, tried to down grade her to us simply
because we told them that she can do “XY and Z” for us and they could not. Needless to say we hired her to represent us in selling our home. We listed it for sale on Jan. 3rd and on Jan. 9th and 10th we had Open Houses. She was very prompt to the Open Houses, always arrived early and placed her signs in visible areas leading to our home. By Monday, Jan. 10th we had an offer. And this is where Caroline shines above the rest, Caroline presented the offer to us but also told us that she wanted to ensure that the offer was legit prior to us accepting or declining it. Caroline calmly explained to us that she was going to call the potential buyer's lender to see if they are in fact approved to buy the house at the offering price plus HOA fees. The lender never really replied to her and we continued to have several showings. After multiple offers we accepted the one that had all the financing and paper work in order and that was by day 20. The only thing was that the offer we accepted was contingent of the buyer selling their condo. This was our first time selling a home and Caroline took her time to carefully explain how selling a home contingent on another one selling. She definitely has the heart of a teacher. She was patient and honest with us. We closed escrow and we were out of our house the next day. Both my husband and I will be recommending Caroline for all their realtor needs to our friends and family members alike. Caroline made the entire process easy because she does her research and works hard to represent you!
